Returns & Refunds Policy

ZALOMIN accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Personalized products, final-sale merchandise, and certain opened hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify for return where permitted by applicable law.

To request a return, contact contact@zalomin.com before sending any product back. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return instructions will be provided after the request has been reviewed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund processing normally takes 7–10 business days. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by ZALOMIN.
