Shipping Policy

ZALOMIN normally processes orders within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
